外贸业务员谈判时如何高效快速地回复客户

作为一名外贸销售人员,面对客户各种各样的询盘,我们该怎么去回答他不失风度又能让他对我们有好感。

今天来学习如何高效快速回复客户,汇总了一些我作为小白学习到的话术,这些话术对我如何快速去回复客户的询盘非常有帮助。

客户发来询盘:

回复:Hi,xxx. Thanks for your inquiry. Could you please let me know what your application is? Is there any requirement on the color,style?

(你好,xxx。谢谢你的询价,你能告诉我你的产品应用是什么吗?对颜色、款式有要求吗?)

问客户是否从中国采购过?

Have you ever imported products from China before?

客户回复:Yes

条件反射回复:Do you meet any problem with your previous suppliers?

(你与以前的供应商有遇到过什么难题?)

客户回复:No

条件反射回复:May I know why you didn't import from China before? As you all know,China is a big producer,and the quality of products made in China is a big producer,and the quality of products made in China is satisfied by customers in many countries.

(我可以知道你们以前不从中国进口的原因吗?众所周知,中国是一个生产大国,中国制造的产品质量受到许多国家客户的满意。)

客户问XX价格是否可以做:

条件反射回复:Sorry,this price cannot afford our quality. How much quantity do you need? Can the xx of the product be replaced with other xx?

(对不起,这个价格不能保证我们的质量。你需要多少数量?这个xx产品可以换成其他的xx吗?

客户觉得价格高:

条件反射回复:We can't take price separately from quality. We always put the quality in the first place. Our customers give us the highest evaluation in terms of quality and service. They found that these things are more important to them than the upfront price,because in the long run,it means less maintenance risk and higher productivty.

(我们不能把价格和质量分开考虑。我们总是把质量放在第一位,我们的顾客在质量和服务方面给予我们最高的评价。他们发现这些东西对他们来说比价格更重要,因为从长远看来,这意味着更小的维修风险和更高的生产力.)

客户签收样品时:

条件反射回复:Hi,my friend! Notice that you received the XXX product package. I would like to research your opinion on our product,could you pls let me know if our product passes your test?

(你好,我的朋友!我注意到您收到了xxx 的包裹。我想了解一下您对我们产品的意见。请告诉我我们的产品是否通过了您的测试呢?)

催单时,客户回复最近很忙

条件反射回复:Does that mean our project will be delayed?

(那是不是意味着我们的项目要推迟了?)

客户回复:Yes

条件反射回复:When do you expect to end the project you are currently working on? I would like to continue the discussion with you at that time.

(你什么时候结束目前正在进行的项目呢?我想到时在和你继续讨论。)

客户回复:No

条件反射回复:Thank you for your kind reply. Is there a spot on your calendar I would like to call you to discuss product details?

(谢谢您的回复。 你的日程表上是否有空,我想打电话给你讨论产品的细节?)

客户询问具体产品:

条件反射回复:We have this product in stock now. The MOQ is 200 kgs. Could you please tell me what your preferred order quantity is?

客户想要样品

条件反射回复:Yes,we can offer you free sample,but you need to pay for the postage fee. Here are some pictures of the sample.Could you accept this condition?

谈到寄送样品或运费时:

条件反射回复:May I have your exact address with the recipient's name and phone number? I will check the shipping cost for you after getting them.

客户有其他供应商

条件反射回复:I know your current have a good supplier, but we are also good in china, you can regard us as a plan-B supplier, and now the Covid sitwation is not stable, if you have problem with your supplies, you can try to consider us, Many companies now have many alternative suppliers to improve their company's ability to resist risks. Now a multi-channel supply chain can make your company more competitive in the local market and keep inventory stable.
